Where is the Forum venue?

Pier One Sydney Harbour - Walsh Bay, 11 Hickson Rd, Dawes Point NSW 2000

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes, parking onsite is charged at a rate of $5 per hour/ $70 Valet (24 hour period).

What time does the Registration Desk open?

The Forum Registration Desk will be open in the Dawes Pre-Function space on the Ground Floor at the following times:

Thursday 20 July 2023 from 17:00 - 20:00
Friday 21 July from 07:00 - 18:00
Saturday 22 July from 07:00 - 16:30

How do I gain entry to the Forum sessions?

All delegates and exhibitors will be provided with a name badge, which will give you access to all Forum sessions. Please ensure you always wear your name badge.

Smoking

Pier One Sydney Harbour is a non-smoking venue. However, guests can smoke outside in designated areas.

What is the dress code for the conference?

Dress code is smart/business casual. Bring your dancing shoes for Friday evening!

I am travelling from overseas, what do I need to do to enter the Country?

Australian borders are now open to the rest of the world! For the latest news and documents required for entry, please see the Department of Health website.

I have special dietary requirements – will I be served the correct food?

If you have advised KE Creative Events of any special dietary requirements, the caterers at each function have been provided these. A special buffet table will be set during the day for special diets. If you are unsure, please see the staff at the Registration Desk.

Will there be internet available?

Free wireless internet access is available for the duration of the Forum.

The Wi-Fi speed in the public areas will be download: 80Mbps and above, upload: 60 Mbps in the function rooms and public areas.

In the guest rooms it will be anywhere between download: 60 Mbps and above, upload: 40 Mbps and above.

PLEASE NOTE: The internet is not to be used to view or download any illicit material, including movies, music etc.

Photographs, videos, recording of sessions

Delegates are not permitted to use any type of camera or recording device at any of the sessions for commercial use unless written permission has been obtained from the relevant speaker.

Accident or loss

The members of the Conference organising committee and KE Creative Events accept no liability for personal accident or loss, or damage suffered by any participant, accompanying person, invited observer or any other person by whatever means. Neither do we accept liability for any equipment nor software brought to the Forum by delegates, speakers, sponsors or any other party.

Please protect your personal property. Do not leave laptops, cameras, and other valuable items unsecured. Be conscious of individuals who appear out of place and do not wear a conference name badge. Advise KE Creative Staff if this does occur.
