This social event is certainly one of the main highlights of the program. The first official opportunity to meet and greet the delegates in a fun and inviting setting at Conference. The drinks will be held at Cargo Hall, South Wharf, located opposite the Melbourne Convention Centre and in an enviable position facing the Yarra River. Guests will enjoy drinks and canapés in this funky, industrial space, formerly an old docking shed, whilst enjoying some up-beat tunes and overseeing the stunning views of the Melbourne skyline. 


Conference Dinner

This is the premier social event of the Conference. In our 34th year, we are kicking off with a bang and want to create a signature event for our attendees, past and present to relax, unwind and have fun connecting with colleagues and professional partners. Its certainly been a minute, but we want our guests to dust off their best party dress and get suited up for a night of great food, drinks and entertainment. Hosted at the Melbourne Convention Centre, attendees will enjoy a fabulous night to kick off day one of Conference.


Sit-down Keynote Breakfast

Friday 6th May 2022 8.00am - 9.30am
Aeriel, 17 Dukes Walk, South Wharf 
- $55 including GST

Hosted at one of Melbourne's newest venues, guests will enjoy a scrumptious hot plated breakfast and enjoy taking in the incredible 180-degree views encompassing the Bolte Bridge, Docklands, Southern Cross Station and the Melbourne city skyline. The final day of Conference will feature relaxed networking amongst peers and a prominent keynote speaker. 


Terms & Conditions 

Payments

Rates are in Australian dollars (AUD$), and inclusive of the goods and services tax (GST).

Payment is accepted via credit card or electronic funds transfer. Please complete your registration to receive an invoice with bank details. All payments must be received prior to the Conference and are quoted in Australian dollars. 

What if I need to cancel? 

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form, are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform KE Creative Events in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $110.00 (AUD$) including GST will be made 14 days after the date of cancellation. 

NO refunds will be made after 15 March 2022.

Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.

- In the event there is a shut down preventing the Conference to proceed as planned, ACTA will endeavour to re-schedule the Conference within 4 months of the postponement or deliver the event virtually.  At this time a refund will be available according to the actions available, including a full refund less admin fee should the Conference not proceed in any form.

- In the event there is a hard lock down preventing delegates from travelling into Victoria, a partial refund will be applicable again dependent on delivery actions taken.  ACTA will endeavour to provide attendees access to the Conference via the live platform or a full recording of the conference to watch at a later date.

LOSS AND INJURY

All conference participants are advised to procure their own insurance to cover all risks including (but not limited to) costs of travel, accommodation, conference fees, personal property, health and medical expenses, injury, death and all other risks. The conference, host organisation and organisers will not be held liable for any claims under any circumstances.

Your information is collected for the purposes of processing your registration or to respond to your request to receive information about conferences and events, and to market the products and services of these and our business associates. You may request to gain access to any of your personal information that we have collected.
