CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form, are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform KE Creative Events in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $110.00 (AUD$) including GST will be made 14 days after the date of cancellation. NO refunds will be made after 15 September 2021. Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.

COVID-19: We are monitoring the COVID-19 updates and are confident the Conference will go ahead, however should Government regulations cause travel restrictions or for the event to be postponed or cancelled, delegates, speakers and sponsors will be given the option of a full refund within 28 days of announcement or full transfer to new date.

PAYMENT OF FEES
All registration fees are payable in advance of the conference and entry to the conference may be denied in the event registration fees (or a portion thereof) are unpaid prior to commencement of the conference.

LOSS AND INJURY
All conference participants are advised to procure their own insurance to cover all risks including (but not limited to) costs of travel, accommodation, conference fees, personal property, health and medical expenses, injury, death and all other risks. The conference, host organisation and organisers will not be held liable for any claims under any circumstances.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER
All details contained on the conference website are subject to change without notice.The conference organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program without notice.

Your registration details will be shared with the conference organisers for the purpose of communicating program details. By registering for the conference you are hereby giving KE Creative permission to photograph you for use in our publications, website and other promotional material associated with the Indigenous Cultural Heritage Conference. If you do not consent to your photograph/s being used, please contact KE Creative via email or call 03 9866 4111 prior to the conference.
