CONFERENCE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

If the FTA Conference is cancelled or postponed, all registered delegates will be refunded their full registration fee immediately. 

STANDARD REFUND POLICY

Delegates who find themselves unable to attend the Conference after submitting a registration form, are most welcome to nominate a substitute. In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform KE Creative Events in writing of their inability to attend. A refund of the registration fee, less a cancellation fee of $110.00 (AUD$) including GST will be made 14 days after the date of cancellation. 

NO refunds will be made after 15 September 2020.

Any changes made to a registration within seven (7) days of the conference will incur a $40.00 administrative fee.

PAYMENT OF FEES

All registration fees are payable in advance of the conference in order to receive your virtual access link to obtain entry to the live conference sessions. Access may be denied in the event registration fees (or a portion thereof) are unpaid prior to commencement of the conference.

GENERAL DISCLAIMER

All details contained on the conference website are subject to change without notice.The conference organisers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program without notice. 

PRIVACY

Your registration details will be shared with the conference organisers for the purpose of communicating program details. By registering for the conference you are hereby giving FTA and their designee KE Creative permission to photograph you for use in our publications, website and other promotional material associated with the FTA Conference. If you do not consent to your photograph/s being used, please contact KE Creative via email or call 03 9866 4111 prior to the conference.

NOTE: All participating Partners and Exhibitors of the Association will receive a delegate list with all registered attendees full name, title and organisation. No further details will be provided.
