Professor Darendeliler is known for his research and his technology-forward thinking, which is reflected throughout his role as University of Sydney Professor and Chair of the Discipline of Orthodontics, Faculty of Dentistry Head, Department of Orthodontics, Sydney Dental Hospital and his private practices.

He has been a professor of orthodontics for close to 20 years, and has lectured widely in Europe, North and South America, Asia, Australia, and the Middle East.

Ali heads multiple orthodontic research studies including studies on orthodontic tooth movement, root resorption, obstructive sleep apnoea, temporary anchorage devices, sequential aligners, self-ligating brackets, orthopaedic treatment modalities, magnetic fields and forces, dentofacial orthopaedics and has a particular interest in the use of technology for research and in-clinic application.

Specialist Orthodontist

In 2001 Dr Chris Wholley completed his Masters in Dental Science (Orthodontics) and a Graduate Diploma in Dentofacial Orthopaedics at The University of Melbourne. Since graduation he has been in specialist practice at Profile Orthodontics, Perth WA.

Chris has also been a Consultant Orthodontist at Perth Children’s Hospital in the Cleft Lip Palate Unit and the Craniofacial Unit since 2007; and is the course convenor for the Post graduate meeting in cleft lip palate and Craniofacial at Perth Children’s Hospital this August. 

He is interested in using 3D technologies for facial mapping, utilizes digital technologies and monitoring for all his patients treatments and has lectured at state, national and international level,  published research articles in Australian and international journals.

Specialist Orthodontist

Dr Seerone believes in not only providing high quality treatment to his patients, but also making the journey as enjoyable and efficient as possible. He has developed a passion for digital orthodontics and how it can be used to achieve this.

Seerone completed his specialist training in orthodontics from James Cook University in 2015. He later joined a very busy practice in Adelaide with a high focus on technology and patient outcomes. He continuously strives to change the way orthodontics is practiced.

CEO / Co-Founder, uLab Systems

Joy is the Clinical Training Manager for uLab Systems with over 25 years’ experience in the dental and orthodontic industry with a passion for clear aligner treatment.

As a training manager she supports, mentors, and manages the uLab training team to ensure we deliver a world class training program and provide exceptional support for our uLab clients.  

Former manager of the treatment planning team, providing support and offshore training for a previous aligner company. 

Joy was a successful Treatment Coordinator with a 92% acceptance rate in a large multi-location orthodontic practice who averaged 140-160 patients per day.

She was the uLab recipient of the Circle of Excellence Award in 2021, co-creator of uLab University, and highly experienced advanced level trainer for one on one focused training sessions or with large groups.

President, Gaidge

Ryan Moynihan has a financial/analytical background beginning his career at Intel and Ernst & Young. He earned his MBA from Georgetown in Marketing and Strategy and has spent 12 years in the Dental/Orthodontic industry with 3M and Ormco, where he was Vice President of Global Marketing. He joined Gaidge in 2017 as partner and CEO.  

Ryan has propelled the Gaidge business analytics software into the most complete and accurate database of performance data in the orthodontic industry.  Through his collaboration with industry consultants and leaders, emerging markets, practice management software companies, the American Association of Orthodontists, The Schulman Study Group, and wealth management and financial advisors, he continues to bring innovative features and new products to Gaidge that drive performance and profitability for orthodontists.  Ryan sits on the Board of Directors of the American Association of Orthodontists Foundation.
